Terms of service

These terms govern your use of SigmaVibe, operated by S.R.L. Perfection Studio, trading as Revenco Agency. The service is currently a beta and may change, be limited or be unavailable while we improve it. By using it, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.

You may submit only systems you own or are authorized to assess. You must not use SigmaVibe to probe third-party systems unlawfully, evade access controls, disrupt a service or collect data you are not entitled to receive. Ownership verification does not replace your legal responsibility to obtain permission.

Free scans make passive requests to public resources. Full features can include browser actions or analysis of a connected public repository only after the required account, entitlement, ownership verification and consent checks. Automated findings can contain false positives or miss issues; you remain responsible for reviewing a fix before applying it.

• Keep account credentials and API tokens confidential.
• Do not bypass rate limits, access another user's project or interfere with the service.
• Do not submit secrets, private repositories or personal data unless the feature expressly supports and protects that data.
• Do not use generated prompts or reports as a substitute for professional legal, security or compliance advice.

Prices shown during the private beta are planned launch prices and are not an offer to purchase unless an active checkout expressly presents final terms. Any future paid order will state its price, taxes, renewal and cancellation terms before payment.

You retain rights in URLs, project information and content you submit. You grant us a limited right to process that content only to operate, secure and improve the service. SigmaVibe, its interface and original report formats remain owned by the operator and its licensors. You may use your generated reports for your own business purposes.

The beta is provided on an as-available basis without a promise that every issue will be detected or every suggested fix will be correct. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from reliance on a scan. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may limit or suspend access to protect users, third parties or the service, or in response to unlawful use. You may stop using the service and request account data deletion. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with a revised date.
